Children's Ministry & Kid's Club

Here at TPC, our goal is to nurture in children a faith that’s deep and wide, to support families as they nurture faith at home, and to call and equip leaders who will share the love of Christ with our children.

Through our planned events, activities, & lessons, we help lay the foundation for a life-long journey of faith.

Super Tuesday Kid's Club

STKC is open to children in Pre-K through 5th grade and meets on Tuesday evenings from 5:30 to 7:00 p.m. We begin our evening in the Sanctuary with a joyful time of prayer, music, and praise. After assembly, children head to their classrooms for engaging Bible lessons, fun activities, crafts, and games. We end the night by gathering together for a warm, kid-friendly dinner and fellowship—favorites like Pizza Night and Breakfast for Dinner are always a hit!

As part of Super Tuesdays Kids Club, your child will also become an important member of our Joyful Noise Children’s Choir. Each season, the choir learns and practices hymns to perform on designated Children’s Choir Sing Sundays throughout the school year.

Children also have the opportunity to participate in special holiday events like:

  • Hanging of the Greens
  • Christmas Pageant
  • Palm Sunday Parade
  • ...and more!

Volunteer Food Servers Needed

Each Tuesday evening program concludes with a time of kid-friendly food and fellowship, prepared and served by youth, families, and church member volunteers.

We need your help each week to plate, serve, and clean up the meal.

A weekly menu has already been planned, and all food will be purchased prior to the children’s arrival. Volunteers who sign up are asked to arrive by 5:00 p.m. to begin meal preparation.

Please feel free to sign up for more than one time slot, and groups are welcome to serve together. These shared meals foster fellowship among children and leaders, and volunteering for Super Tuesday Kids Club is a meaningful and vital way to support our mission.

  • If we are missing any of your child’s required forms, you should have received a follow-up email. If you have not already returned the forms, please be sure to bring the completed paperwork with your child at drop-off/sign-in. We must have all required forms on file for your child to participate. Extra copies will be available if needed.
  • Please keep your child home if they, or anyone in your household, is sick or has been exposed to the flu, COVID-19, or other contagious illnesses. In addition, all children must be symptom-free for at least 48 hours before participating.
  • Symptoms and illnesses include, but are not limited to: colds, viruses, sore throat, fever (99.5°F or higher), upset stomach, diarrhea, vomiting, head lice, and conjunctivitis (pink eye). Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.
  • Drop-off and pick-up will take place via the carpool line. Parents should drive to the carport/portico, where group leaders will greet children at the vehicle and check them in using our SmartCare app. At dismissal, group leaders will escort children to their parents’ vehicles in the carpool line and check them out.
  • Please notify your child’s group leader if pick-up arrangements change. For your child’s safety, we will release children only to individuals listed on the approved pick-up form, and photo identification will be required.
